The Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, Kwame Asare Obeng has disclosed why he decided to join the National Democratic Congress (NDC) caucus in Parliament despite being elected as an Independent Candidate.
During the inauguration of the 9th Parliament on Tuesday, January 7, Mr.
Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus sat with the NDC caucus indicating his intention to align with the NDC in Parliament.
In an interview with TV3's Eric Mawuena Egbeta after first sitting of the ninth Parliament was adjourned, he explained that the leadership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Parliament is not "serious" with their request for him to join their caucus.
