Member of Parliament-elect for Akwatia, Ernest Kumi has decided to be sworn in and partake in the election of a Speaker regardless of an injunction brought against him by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The MP-Elect's decision was communicated to the House by the Minority Leader of Parliament.
