The Aide-de-Camp to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is alive and in stable condition after collapsing during the President's final State of the Nation Address in Parliament on Friday, January 3, 2025.

Amponsah, who has been serving as the President's security aide, received immediate medical attention after the incident.
