Justice Forson Agyapong, in his final ruling on the disputed parliamentary seats, has directed the (EC) to recollate the results for the Techiman South constituency.

In his fourth and final judgment for the day, Justice Agyapong ruled in favour of the NPP and its candidate, Adjei Mensah Korsah, who had requested a writ of Mandamus to compel the EC to complete the collation of results in the Techiman South constituency.

The judge concluded that the EC had failed to finish the collation of results, stating that 147 polling stations are yet to be counted.

He also pointed out the EC's failure to act despite repeated demands to resolve the issue.
