The Accra High Court, presided over by Justice Forson Agyapong, has granted the second application from the (NPP), seeking to compel the (EC) to re-collate and declare results in the Ablekuma North constituency.
The court also directed the to collate the results from the 62 outstanding polling stations, add them to the already collated results, and declare the winner.
In the judge's ruling, he reasoned that the EC had declared results from 219 polling stations out of 281, leaving the results from 62 polling stations outstanding.
Additionally, there is evidence that there has been a demand for the to take action, but the EC has failed or refused to act.
