The Asantehene, has made his first public appearance of the year with a grand entrance during the inaugural Awukudae festival of the new year.
A video posted by Asante Nation on X on January 2, 2025, captured the majestic arrival of Otumfuo and his entourage at the Manhyia Palace for the traditional sitting.
The video also showed traditional leaders paying their respects to Otumfuo's convoy at the palace, saluting his vehicle in reverence.
Otumfuo's grand entrance has since sparked massive admiration on social media, with many Ghanaians praising his leadership and the significant contributions he has made to the Ashanti Region and beyond.
