The Leprosy Aid Committee has paid glowing tribute to Vice President for his immense support to lepers and leprosaria in Ghana.

Bawumia, who serves as a patron of Lepers Aid Ghana, is renowned for his humanitarian support to members of the Weija Leprosarium.
On New Year's Day, he invited members of the leprosarium to his residence for lunch.
