The ten police officers who filed a lawsuit against the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) to block their transfers have decided to discontinue their legal challenge.
The officers, led by Sergeant David Ojeyim, initially sought a court order to prevent their transfer directives.
They argued that the transfers were arbitrary and lacked justification, undermining their professional stability and violating standard police administrative procedures.
The lawsuit highlighted concerns about the transparency and fairness of the transfer process, demanding accountability from the Police Administration.
