The Member of -elect for Dome/Kwabenya, Faustina Elikplim Akurugu, has expressed her gratitude and determination following her victory in the parliamentary elections.
Speaking to journalists after the officially affirmed her win at an emergency Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, she attributed her victory to perseverance, hard work, dedication, and faith.
According to her, the affirmation by the EC was a continuation of her declaration as the winner on December 8, 2024. "Today is an affirmation because, as you all know, on December 8, almost all of you were present in Dome/Kwabenya when I was declared.
So today is not a new declaration; it's an affirmation.
