A married man with four children is in a difficult situation as his secret girlfriend, with whom he shares a child, threatens to reveal their affair to his wife unless he agrees to marry her and take on fatherly responsibilities. The distraught man, who wishes to remain anonymous, sought help from Pastor Elisha Osei Kofi's popular confession program, Dying in Silence, where individuals share their problems in search of guidance and counselling. According to the man, he has made numerous efforts to keep his secret girlfriend comfortable, including building a house for her, buying her a car, and setting up a fully furnished shop. However, despite these efforts, the woman insists that he marry her and treat their child with the same care and attention he gives his other children. She demands that he transfer their daughter to the same school as his other children so he can be responsible for taking her to and from school, just as he does with the children he has with his wife.
