McDan Aviation has denied reports claiming a $3 million debt to the Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL), which allegedly led to the closure of its private jet terminal at Kotoka International Airport.
McDan Aviation clarified that $2 million of the reported debt is linked to a piece of land acquired from GACL, which is currently under litigation.
In an interview with Channel One News, the CEO of McDan Group, Kweku Ampromfi, explained that the company has paid part of the accumulated terminal charges and is expecting GACL to reopen the private jet terminal for operations. "We do not owe $3 million at the terminal.
