In a grand ceremony held at the Accra International Conference Centre on Monday, December 30, President Akufo-Addo presented national honours to individuals who have excelled in various fields, recognizing their contributions to national development through hard work, sacrifice, and dedication.

The ceremony was attended by dignitaries, including the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Chief Justice, Gertrude Torkornoo, Ministers of State, and other high-ranking citizens and government officials.

Among the honorees was Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, who received the highest honour of the land, the 'Order of the Star of Ghana - Officer Awardee.' The list also expanded to government appointees and Members of Parliament who were celebrated for their distinguished Service.
