The Progressive People's Party (PPP) has described the Electoral Commission's (EC) decision to hold fresh elections at the Abokobi Women Development Training Centre Polling Station 2 as illegal and a machination to 'twist the hands of voters' to favour the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
