As part of the re-organisation of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) after the defeat in the 2024 general elections, the constitution of the party will have to be amended, Member of Parliament for Asante Akim North Kwame Andy Appiah Kubi has said.

To him, monetization of the party's internal election is detrimental to the survival of the party. "The NPP constitution is so flawed and needs amendment.

Monetization has gradually taken over the Party," he said on the Key Points on TV3 on Saturday, December 28.

The NPP has announced that it will form a committee in January 2025 to review the party's performance in the 2024 general election.
