Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame has said the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is confident of breaking the 8 in the December elections because they have a clear message, unlike the National Democratic Congress (NDC). "I am very confident because our message is quite clear, and the message of the NDC can't be seen", he said. He said they could not even explain their main message of a 24-hour economy, adding that the NPP are confident the good people of Ghana, having tasted both political administrations, "will see that clearly, it is better they repose their trust and confidence in the NPP, led by Dr Mahamudu Bawumia". The AG said it is possible, and they will achieve the objective of breaking the 8. The Attorney General made the remarks in an interview with the media in Sunyani after a closed-door engagement with top party executives in the Bono Region. The engagement had his Deputy, Alfred Tuah-Yeboah, the Bono Regional minister, Justina Owusu Banahene, regional executives, constituency chairmen, and some parliamentary candidates in the Bono region in attendance.
