The Supreme Court has set aside the re-collated results for the Okaikwei Central, Ablekuma North, Tema Central and Techiman South constituencies.

This ruling comes after the NDC challenged a controversial High Court ruling from December 20 that directed the Electoral Commission (EC) to re-collate parliamentary election results in nine disputed constituencies.

The EC has so far complied with the directive in seven of the nine constituencies which were all won by the NPP.

However, the results for Dome/Kwabenya and Ablekuma North remain pending.
