A female graduate from the University of Education, Winneba, has set a threshold for the basic salary she expects to be paid when considering a job offer after her national service.
The recent graduate, speaking in an interview on the Maxi Empire DDP YouTube channel during her graduation day, mentioned that her expected salary threshold should not be below GH¢ 4,000 before considering a job offer.
According to her, during her national service period, she realised that there are a good number of jobs in the country that pay well.
As a result, she aims to capitalise on that to enter into such jobs and earn a better salary as a degree holder.
