The (NPP) members have been urged not to let the recent electoral defeat demoralise them but to continue to work harder to help rebuild the party.

They should reflect, refocus and rebuild to make the party stronger.

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, former NPP Chairman for Afigya Kwabre South constituency, who made the call, said it was important for the party members to trust that God was at work and weaving their aspirations into His plans. "As one political party, we must trust that God is at work, weaving our aspirations into his plans; a future we may not yet see but filled with grace, hope and purpose", he told the party members in an interview with the Ghana News Agency.

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah pointed out that NPP was a strong, formidable party capable of coming out of the defeat, rebuilding itself, and standing up stronger to face new challenges ahead.
