Bishop Titi-Ofei, a renowned Leadership Coach, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, and Author, has advised President-elect John Dramani Mahama to prioritise competence and merit in forming his government.
In an open letter, Bishop Titi-Ofei stressed the importance of selecting the best talents for national leadership, regardless of political affiliations.
He cautioned against making appointments based on loyalty or patronage. "This is not the time for 'jobs for the boys,'" Bishop Titi-Ofei wrote. "Surround yourself with the brightest, most capable minds Ghana has to offer, regardless of their political affiliations.
Appoint individuals who will prioritise the nation over personal gain, competence over loyalty, and vision over politics." The leadership coach emphasised that true leadership is about building a nation, not consolidating personal power or creating a dynasty.
