The climax of the 25th anniversary of the installation of Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu II, was held over the weekend, with the culture of the Aduana people on full display to the world.
Saturday, December 21, 2024, saw the beautiful celebration of the Kwafie Festival and a grand durbar to mark the 25th anniversary of the Dormaahene at Dormaa Ahenkro.
The event saw chiefs, queenmothers, and other traditional leaders of Dormaa, Berekum, and Nsoatre in attendance.
The vibrant culture and tradition, of the people of Aduana was showcased at the event which drew dignitaries and spectators from across and beyond Dormaa.
