South Dayi Member of Parliament (MP), Rockson-Nelson Etse Kwami Dafeamekpor, has launched a scathing criticism against the Majority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, following the Electoral Commission's (EC) declaration of seven out of nine contested parliamentary seats in favour of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Speaking to TV3 on Saturday, December 21, during the recollation process at the EC's Greater Accra regional office, Mr Dafeamekpor accused the NPP of political manoeuvring and manipulating the outcomes to secure a majority in Parliament. "When a matter is in court, don't you respect the court process?
Today, Afenyo is granting a press conference, giving praises to an outcome of exercises that are still before the Supreme Court.
And he is telling me to take it in good faith and that we are brothers.
