The newly elected President of the Private University Students Association of Ghana (PUSAG), Ibrahim Issah, has congratulated Ghana's President-Elect, , on his famous electoral victory.

In his first acceptance speech after his election as the 16th President of PUSAG last weekend, Ibrahim promised his outfit's support to the incoming NDC government to enable it to succeed with its educational reforms and policies.

He noted that the victory of Mahama symbolizes the confidence the Ghanaian people have in his leadership. "As PUSAG, we pledge to support your administration, especially in areas that empower students, enhance education, and promote youth employment," Ibrahim stated.

Commendation: The PUSAG President also used the occasion to commend the outgoing Vice President of Ghana, , for showing true statesmanship by conceding defeat at the earliest time of the election.
