A 63-year-old businessman was Saturday dawn shot dead at close range at Blonguanya near Odumase Krobo, a suburb of Lower Manya Krobo in the Eastern Region.
The unknown assailant accosted the victim at his house around 12:30 AM before fatally shooting him in the right thigh.
The deceased who has been identified as William Oko Schall was rushed to the St.
Martin de Porres Hospital at Agormanya but was pronounced dead on arrival.
