A Ghanaian lady named Juliet is appealing to the public for assistance in order to secure her escape from her current predicament. Juliet, who said she hails from Tanoso in the Ashanti Region, said she was promised a job as a cleaner in a hotel in Iraq, by an agent, but upon arrival, she was forced to work as a domestic cleaner in private homes, despite her strong objections. Following her request to be sent back to Ghana, Juliet said she was told to pay a fee of $3000 and the cost of her plane ticket. Her inability to afford the amount has left her stranded in Baghdad, Iraq, she said in a video she shared online. She further shed light on how she was maltreated due to her inability to perform her duties as a domestic cleaner by her employers.
