The President of Aglow International, Gifty Afenyi-Dadzie, has called for drastic behavioural changes in Ghanaians if the country is to make any progress in its development process.

Speaking during a panel discussion on GTV on December 19, 2024, Afenyi-Dadzie indicated that some of the reasons Ghana is not making any progress in its development process include corruption, bribery, and embezzlement.

She pointed out that until these vices are dealt with, the country will continue to be underdeveloped. "In 2 Chronicles 7:14, it says if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, seek my face and pray, and turn away from their wicked ways, then I, the Lord, will heal the land.

So we stress on it because that is a caveat.
