Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako, Founder and General Overseer of Alive Chapel International Church, and his wife have each been fined GH₵6K for their role in the tragic East Legon crash involving their 16-year-old son.
The teenager, who was unlicensed, was behind the wheel when the accident occurred on October 12, 2024, claiming the lives of two 12-year-old girls, Justine Agbenu and Maame Dwomoh Boateng.
The court found that the Amoakos had failed to supervise their son, who was driving his mother's Jaguar F-Pace without a valid driver's license.
Their son, driving at high speed, collided with an Acura, causing both vehicles to catch fire.
