President-elect John Dramani Mahama has disclosed that Operation Recover All Loot is not a witch-hunting committee.
Rather, it is a team that will gather information and evidence of corrupt acts, after which the information will be processed and given to relevant state institutions to deal with them.
The president-elect indicated that since winning power, he has received several complaints via texts, calls, and through people who know him.
He, therefore, asked Ghanaians not to think the committee is a witch-hunting committee but a committee to gather information to help in the fight against corruption. "I announced a preparatory team, and people are misunderstanding it.
