Daniel Marfo Ofori-Atta, the Secretary of the Okyenhene, has filed a lawsuit against Hopeson Adorye and Media General for defamatory statements made regarding the "Agyapadie" document. According to the writ of summons, Mr Adorye, a member of the Movement for Change (M4C), appeared on Media General's "Onua Maakye" programme around July 26 and made baseless comments about the "Agyapadie" document. He also falsely identified Mr. Ofori-Atta as a co-writer of the document. Among other things, Mr Adorye also noted that "I mentioned it, D.M Ofori Atta.
