Mr.
Fred Agbenyo, Member of Parliament for the Guan Constituency in the Oti Region, has asserted that, by law, the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana does not possess the authority to determine the winner or loser of an election once results have been declared.
Speaking during a panel discussion on TV3's New Day, Mr.
Agbenyo criticized the general lack of principles and honesty in the country, which he believes undermines the democratic process.
