A man who is rumoured to be mentally challenged has been arrested at the Parliament House of Ghana for causing significant damage to four vehicles with an axe concealed in his outfit.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The suspect, whose identity remains undisclosed, reportedly gained access to the premises under unclear circumstances.
According to some eyewitnesses, he appeared agitated while strolling the premises.
