Dennis Miracles Aboagye, the Director of Communications for the Bawumia Campaign Team, has assured that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will adopt a constructive and responsible approach in its role as an opposition party.
Following a significant defeat in the 2024 general elections to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Aboagye reiterated the NPP's commitment to upholding democratic principles and contributing to good governance.
In an interview on Face to Face with Umaru Sanda Amadu on Channel One TV, Aboagye emphasized that the NPP would not engage in retaliatory actions, despite the pressures and criticisms faced by the outgoing administration.
Instead, he stressed that the party's focus would be on providing constructive feedback and holding the government accountable in a manner that benefits the nation. "We're not going to be a disruptive opposition, if you want to destroy, you don't need plenty of people to destroy.
