President-elect John Mahama has announced plans to inaugurate a committee soon, dedicated to ensuring he fulfils his 120-day social contract with Ghanaians.
This contract includes the "Operation Recover All Loot" (ORAL) initiative, which aims to combat corruption by investigating allegations, recovering misappropriated state resources, and prosecuting offenders.
The incoming president is optimistic about the move, stating, "We have carefully selected the things that we thought were achievable in 120 days." "So we are going to work diligently to ensure that at the end of the 120 days, we can check each of them off.
I will soon inaugurate a committee focused on achieving these goals." "Under this, we have Operation Recover All Loot," he added.
