The New Patriotic Party's (NPP) continued assertion that they did not lose the recent election but instead "gifted" victory to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) defies logic and reason.
Deputy General Secretary of the opposition NDC, Mustapha Gbande, has criticized the NPP's refusal to accept the outcome of the elections, describing their explanations as irrational and a reflection of their inability to process the defeat.
Speaking on a Kumasi-based radio station, Mr.
Gbande noted that the NPP's ongoing attempts to discredit the NDC's decisive victory are both "sickening" and "bizarre". "I have heard the NPP boasting and saying they didn't lose the election.
