The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has raised serious allegations against the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), accusing the party of orchestrating deliberate disruptions during the collation of parliamentary election results in multiple constituencies.
The NPP at a press conference in on Monday, December 16, at the party's headquarters in Accra claimed that these actions, allegedly carried out by NDC "hoodlums" with the consent of their leadership, were targeted at constituencies where the NDC lost.
According to the NPP, the NDC's disruptive tactics include: Destroying pink sheets and other crucial electoral documents.
Vandalizing ballot boxes and other election materials.
