Actress Martha Ankomah has brushed off Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah popularly known as Lil Win's public apology for his actions against her in the GH₵5 million defamation suit she filed against him at the High Court in Accra.
According to a court report by, Murtala Inusah, the actress felt it was not enough and said the apology missed the proper ingredients of its genre; that of retraction and apology.
The case, which was filed by Ankomah on February 14, 2024, involves a claim for damages following alleged defamatory comments made by Lil Win in a viral video.
The actress is demanding GH₵5 million in damages, as well as a formal apology and retraction with the same prominence as the alleged defamatory statements.
