Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus, has called for the expulsion of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In a recent appearance on United Showbiz, A Plus, who is the Member of Parliament-elect for Gomoa Central, expressed his frustration with Akufo-Addo's leadership, accusing him of damaging the party's tradition and contributing to its poor performance in the 2024 elections.
A Plus argued that the NPP's defeat was largely due to Akufo-Addo's unpopular policies, such as the controversial haircut on investments and the betting tax.
These policies, he claimed, alienated the youth and impoverished the middle class.
