Former Minister of Youth and Sports Elvis Afriyie Ankrah said God ensured the victory of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2024 elections.
Speaking on TV3 he said "There is a dimension to this victory that many are not talking about, the God factors. "You cannot win this type of election without divine providence.
There was a God factor and I would like to thank the almighty God for this victory, all the Men of God played several roles, prophets, and evangelists and many of them." Elvis Afriyie Ankrah also has saluted key personalities including Stan Dogbe, Dr Edward Omane Boamah, Madam Valerie Sawyer, and Julius Debrah for the exceptional work they did to ensure victory for the National Democratic Congress.
He indicated that the NDC adopted a robust and effective campaign strategy including merging its IT and Election directorate, to win the election.
