Amid contestations by the New Patriotic Party that no injunction has been placed on the re-collation of polling station results from the Nsawam-Adoagyiri constituency, a video has surfaced capturing the incumbent Member of Parliament for the area, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, supposedly rejecting service from a court bailiff.

A video by TV3 shows the court bailiff attempting to serve Frank Annoh-Dompreh with the injunction secured by the (NDC) against the process of re-collating the results.

However, Annoh-Dompreh, after a very brief discussion with the bailiff, walked away, refusing to be served.

The video comes after the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Frimpong Kodua, denied knowledge of the interlocutory injunction, questioning its authenticity. "If there's an injunction, as a lawyer, I know the processes.
