VIVO Energy Ghana, in partnership with HR Focus Universe, has successfully hosted the second edition of its ShePower Campus Mentorship Programme at the Accra Girls' Senior High School in Accra.
This impactful initiative is part of the company's broader commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion by empowering young women to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields and aspires to leadership roles.
The ShePower Campus Mentorship Programme is designed to encourage young girls in Senior High Schools to explore courses and careers in STEM, where women are traditionally underrepresented.
Through this initiative, Vivo Energy Ghana aims to "Fuel Change" by creating opportunities for mentorship and guidance that will leave a lasting impact on the lives of female students.
