In a congratulatory message signed by the President of the Yoruba Community, Alhaji Babatunde Yahya Azeez, the group lauded Mahama's leadership qualities, describing his win as a testament to his dedication, vision, and connection with the people of Ghana. "This remarkable achievement is a testament to your dedication, vision, and leadership qualities, which have resonated with the good people of Ghana," Alhaji Azeez stated.
The letter emphasised the need for inclusive governance, urging the President-Elect to act as a unifying leader for all Ghanaians, regardless of political affiliation, ethnicity, or religion.
