President-elect John Dramani Mahama has told the clergy that he is expecting the current president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to sign the anti-LGBTQI bill into law before he leaves office on January 7, 2025.
He states that if the president does not sign, the bill will expire.
That means the new parliament will have to take it over and start the entire process again.
