Member of Parliament elect for Gomoa Central, Kwame Asare Obeng, known popularly as A Plus, has questioned the commitment of the President to see to it that all official vehicles being used by his appointees are handed over to the state.
In a statement issued on December 11, 2024, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo reminded his appointees that none of them had the right to acquire their official vehicles.
The appointees have until January 3, 2024, to hand over their vehicles to the chief director of the ministries and agencies they represent.
But speaking to OB on Accra-based Asempa FM, Kwame Asare Obeng, known as A Plus, indicated that he does not trust the president enough to believe he is committed to ensuring his appointees don't acquire their official vehicles.
