The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has condemned the recent attacks on state properties, which have resulted in fatalities.

In a statement released on Wednesday, December 11, the GBA expressed its condolences to the families mourning their losses.

The condemnation follows reports of acts of vandalism allegedly carried out by individuals believed to be supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at various collation centres and state properties.

These attacks were reportedly triggered by delays in the announcement of parliamentary results. "The GBA unreservedly condemns reports of pockets of violent attacks, including gunshots, which resulted in the unwarranted deaths of some persons and extends its condolences to the bereaved families."
