Actor Prince David Osei has explained that his controversial comment referring to President-elect John Mahama as a "drunkard" on social media was not entirely his fault.

In an interview on Hitz FM's Day Break Hitz show, he revealed that he had left his phone with his cousins after posting a congratulatory message.

According to Osei, it was his cousins who responded to the attacks under his post, leading to the controversial remarks. "I left my phone to my cousins after my congratulatory post, so they were the ones who responded to the attacks under my post," he clarified.
