The management of the Ghana School of Law (GSL) has been referred to the Attorney General (AG) for prosecution, following allegations of procurement breaches. According to the Auditor-General's Report, the institution procured various goods and services without securing the necessary approvals from its board, adomoline.com reports. The report also accused the Ghana School of Law of bypassing the sole sourcing procurement process. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) flagged these infractions and has subsequently referred the case to the Attorney General for further action. During the PAC's session on Wednesday, August 14, the Member of Parliament for Tano North, Freda Prempeh, explained that the auditors discovered payments for the procurement of goods and services were made without board approval and without following the required procurement processes.
