The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has rejected the re-tabulated presidential results announced by the Electoral Commission (EC) for the Pusiga Constituency, citing identified errors in the figures entered at the Constituency Collation Centre.
The re-tabulation process conducted by the Regional Electoral Commission resulted in the NDC losing approximately 100 votes in the presidential election for the constituency.
NDC officials present at the re-tabulation, led by the party's Regional Secretary, declined to endorse the updated results, refusing to sign the newly tabulated sheet.
The NDC has called for further review of the figures to address their concerns and ensure accuracy in the final results. NPP, NDC clash over Nsawam Adoagyiri election results as tensions escalate #GhanaPolls2024 #CitiVerify #ElectionBureau
