As Ghana's presidential and legislative elections concluded on December 7, 2024, early results indicate a significant lead for former President John Dramani Mahama over Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia.
Mahama, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is projected to secure approximately 52.7% of the vote, while Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) trails with 40.1%.
