The incumbent Member of Parliament for the Tarkwa-Nsuaem constituency, , has lost his seat to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate, Sheikh Issah Salifu Taylor.

According to provisional results from all 263 polling stations, the MP-elect garnered 35,906 votes, representing 47.11%, while Mireku Duker secured 27,404 votes, translating to 35.96%.

Mireku Duker has been the Member of Parliament for Tarkwa-Nsuaem since 2017.

Results from the various constituencies are being announced following the counting and collation of votes at the various polling and collation centres across the country.
