The Electoral Commission (EC) has named persons accredited by the commission to have access to the Constituency Collation Centres.

According to the EC, the collation centres are restricted areas, urging supporters of both the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to stay off these premises.

The electoral body added that each candidate has two agents represented at the various constituency collation centres.

The EC Deputy Chairman in charge of operations, Samuel Tettey, disclosed this in its last press briefing for the day amid concerns that party supporters are thronging collation centres across the country. "The commission wishes to inform the leadership of all political parties and candidates that the collation centres are restricted areas.
