Chaos erupted at the Ablekuma West constituency when EC officials attempted to use a taxi to transport ballot papers to the collation center.
Residents and voters protested as the counted papers were packed into the taxi by EC officials, with many opposing the idea.
The presiding officer at the polling station explained that the taxi was the only affordable option after voters had earlier protested against the use of a private vehicle.
To ensure the papers were transported safely, party agents and the police accompanied the taxi.
